They are seeking a Biocompatibility Project Manager I to manage multiple projects related to biocompatibility testing in the product development process, engaging with cross-functional partners and ensuring effective communication throughout.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPartner with cross-functional team members and suppliers to drive the selection of biocompatible materials, sample coordination, and testing throughout the product development processClear and effective communication (including presentations, document traceability, etc.) of Biocompatibility goals and findings with the cross-functional team and leadershipDemonstrated experience in program management and basic knowledge of Biocompatibility reviewManage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment, and set up a process to track and communicate efficientlyAbility to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast-paced environmentEngage with biocompatibility experts and cross-functional teams towards building workflows, processes, and SOP’sSkillsBS or MS in Toxicology, Biomedical Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field2+ years of project management in a corporate settingExperience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectivelyBasic understanding of biocompatibility and analytical chemistryAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environmentBe a team player.
