[Remote] Billing Specialist - Customer Service (Solventum)

They are seeking a Billing Specialist to provide billing services, handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities Provide billing services and account reconciliation support for customers and internal personnel Handle internal and external customer inquiries, claims, and complaints; interpret policies and resolve issues Participate in relevant corporate programs and initiatives Ensure compliance with professional, quality, and security standards while performing assigned duties Act in a manner consistent with the employer's values and ethical standards Skills Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 1 year of Billing and/or Accounting experience, OR High School Diploma/GED AND 5 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience Billing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment 2 years of PC experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly changing environment Experience in resolving conflicts effectively and taking initiative to prevent issues Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes Good interpersonal skills and effective communication and listening abilities Experience collaborating in a team environment to identify process improvements Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental & Vision Health Savings Accounts Retirement Benefits Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
