[Remote] Bilingual Specialist (Japanese & Korean)

They are seeking a Japanese and Korean-speaking Associate NLP Specialist to develop A.I models and manage the delivery of solutions that address complex customer challenges. Responsibilities • Development of Japanese and Korean NLP A.I models utilising a no-code environment. • Perform quality assurance controls on newly developed product capabilities and features. • Work with NLP Team Lead to develop a model roadmap. • Working with sales, solutions consultants and customers to gather feedback and incorporate into the SDLC. • Provide team’s workflow tasks including product feature backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories always ensuring the highest return on investment. • Participate in agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. • Work closely with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. • Participate in user-experience research to identify obstacles, improve ease-of-use and customer satisfaction and drive user centric design. • Ability to identify and mitigate risk, as well as working through ambiguity to find a clear path. • Analyse competition and market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements. • Work with the Product Manager to help define and drive the creation of end-to-end solution use cases. • Ensure the software meets Nuix’s rigorous testing and quality standards by identifying and reporting bugs and UX issues. Skills • 1-3 years experience professional working experience • Fluent in Japanese, Korean and English. • Proficient in Japanese writing systems, including kanji, hiragana, and katakana. • Proficient in the Korean writing system, Hangul. • Culturally informed understanding of Japanese and Korean language use, supporting accurate and context-aware NLP model development. • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Familiarity with using search engines (Google, Bing, etc) and utilizing advanced search filters. • Domain expertise in NLP/AI/ML • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence • Regular Expressions • Familiarity with Data Review processes in Legal, Government or Corporate Company Overview • Nuix software pinpoints the critical information organizations need to anticipate, detect, and act on cybersecurity, risk.
