The Bilingual Specialist in Business Banking Services will assist small businesses in achieving their financial goals by providing exceptional customer service and support. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering suitable business banking solutions.ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries in an informed, professional, and efficient mannerEscalate complex or unresolved customer situations to the appropriate BMO colleague as requiredPerform any required activities & transactional outcomes after calls to ensure customer’s requests are accurately processed. Refer to other business groups as neededMaintain current knowledge of business banking and credit card products & processes and integrate into customer conversations in a professional mannerMaintains the confidentiality of customer and Bank information and Adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements appropriate for the jurisdiction. Report issues as needed to protect the bank, and our customersEngage clients in holistic needs based conversations to develop a complete understanding of the Business Banking needs and identify financial solutions to fulfill immediate and future needs.
