[Remote] Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative to act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to the NJ Family Care Program, providing one-to-one telephone contact and accurately documenting enrollment requests and status changes.
