Advise & Close: Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective clients through the enrollment process.Assess Risk: Ask the right questions to determine health and lifestyle eligibility.Match & Win: Use our top-tier carriers to find the perfect coverage for your clients.Own the Process: Submit clean, accurate applications to ensure fast approvals and zero chargebacks.What We Are Looking For
Fluency: You must be fluent in English and Spanish. Most of our client base is Spanish-speaking, so cultural competence and native-level fluency are key.Sales DNA: You have "thick skin," great objection-handling skills, and a hunter’s mindset.Professional Setup: You must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a dedicated, quiet home office.Authorized: You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
