Remote –Bilingual Recruiter (Japanese/English)
aiTWorks is expanding our Human Resource Agent division (HRAIT) with a new office opening in LA. As a bilingual recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building our new branch from the ground up. You’ll connect top bilingual talent with leading companies, manage the full recruitment cycle, and help shape the growth of our expanding Human Resource Agent division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and wants to grow into a leadership role. Compensation & Benefits • $20–$25/hour (based on experience and performance)＋commission • Full-time: 40 hours per week • Paid sick leave, Simple IRA plan • Fast-track career advancement based on results What You’ll Do • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Develop new business opportunities • Interview and support job seekers through their transitions • Conduct market and area research • Create job postings and manage candidate data • Track progress through regular performance reports What We’re Looking For • Bilingual in Japanese and English (with understanding of Japanese culture) • U.S. work authorization • Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset • Experience in recruiting or B2B sales • Strong communication and teamwork skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
