They are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruitment of skilled trades talent for commercial construction clients, ensuring compliance and supporting employee retention initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCreate and post job descriptions/requisitions to our career portal and relevant job boardsDevelop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to current and forecasted project needsSource, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, etc)Conduct multilingual interviews to assess technical knowledge, skills, work history and cultural fitVerify employment references and facilitate wage negotiationsCoordinate with onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions for new hiresCollaborate with sales teams to ensure staffing goals are metEnsure compliance in accordance with internal policies and industry standards and regulationsProvide ongoing support to field employees and contribute to employee retention initiativesMaintain accurate records of candidate data, recruitment activity, and employee engagementComplete daily system administration tasks for field employees such as dispatching, releasing, and related workflow managementSkills2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffingBilingual in English and SpanishStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills and the knowledge of Microsoft office softwareHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environmentBachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related fieldProficiency with recruitment softwareFamiliarity with the construction industry and/or skilled trade knowledgeBenefitsWeekly pay401k with company matchMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceHolidays and Paid Time OffOpportunities for professional growth and advancementCompany OverviewWe are a full-service labor contractor providing 100% guaranteed, reliable craftsmen to contractors who need them, where & when they need them, for as long as they need them.
