You will utilize your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to address customer concerns, provide account maintenance, and educate customers on online state registration requirements. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Bilingual & Non-Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer telephone calls, addressing account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets
* Providing knowledgeable and accurate information on tax laws, policies, and procedures
* Assisting customers with online self-service functions through the careerzynith Tax Center
* Maintaining a working knowledge of current tax laws, policies, and procedures
* Utilizing technology to provide advanced support and resolve customer issues efficiently
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
* Six months of call center experience handling customer inquiries and issues
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
* Ability to obtain a Tax Clearance Letter stating that you do not owe any state taxes
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications:
* Experience working in a high-volume contact service environment
* Bilingual in Spanish or a second language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
