[Remote] Bilingual Health Care Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve questions regarding insurance and financial assistance, and process payments in a high-tech environment.ResponsibilitiesMakes and answers calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues utilizing establish work queues and call pools as necessaryResponds to requests for information by patient/account holders in a professional, thorough, explainable mannerActs to gain payment or arrangement of payment on behalf of the client as appropriateFollows client-specific protocols and policies when carrying out dutiesInvestigates and responds to client enquiries as neededEnters and monitors payment arrangementsAdhere to all FDCPA, FCRA, HIPPA and other applicable lawsSkills1+ years' experience working in Call Center of Customer Service function where contact with the public was a part of daily dutiesAbility to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentStrong organization skills.
