[Remote] BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) Cust Svc Support Rep--11am-8pm EST Remote (Patient Customer Service)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LabCorp is seeking passionate BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) customer service focused individuals to join their Patient Customer Service department. The role involves answering inbound calls, assisting Spanish speaking customers, and resolving patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals.
Responsibilities
⢠Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers
⢠85% of calls will be assisting Spanish speaking customers
⢠Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
⢠Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
⢠Maintain performance goals
⢠Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
Skills
⢠Professionally fluent and proficient in both English and Spanish, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in Spanish, ensuring clear and effective communication with Spanish-speaking clients
⢠Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
⢠Attention to detail
⢠Perform successfully in a team environment
⢠Excellent organization skills
⢠Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
⢠Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
⢠Excellent verbal and listening skills
⢠Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
⢠No satellite internet
⢠Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with ethernet port
⢠Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
⢠Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
