We are seeking a bilingual / multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our professional insurance agency. In this role, you will be providing service and support to our customers - majority are Chinese and Vietnamese. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyze customer needs, and resolve issues will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
ā¢ Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
ā¢ Assist customers with product information and order processing.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
Skills
ā¢ Able to read and write Chinese and Vietnamese.
ā¢ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
ā¢ Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
