Why you should apply to be one of our Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative: • Weekly Pay! • Fully Remote • Pay Rate - $22hr. • Start Date- Nov. 11th, 2024 • Gain access to outstanding Kelly discounts such as discounts to a few cell phone companies plus other perks via Job Responsibilities: • Provide Technical Support to both English & Spanish speaking customers • Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting & resolving technical issues • Log results in ticketing system, escalate when needed • Work with team members to deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications: • Must possess a High School Diploma, GED or greater • Must be Bilingual - English/Spanish Languages • 6+ months experience with technical support, call center or help desk • Be flexible and a good communicator • Computer literate • Must be completely fluent in both English & Spanish • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as necessary • Familiar with CCH Pro Systems fx, CCH Access Tax is a plus • Background checks required Equipment: • Windows 11 PC required • High Speed Internet (50-100 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload) • Cell phone • Must be wired connection via Ethernet Cable • Processor - Intel Core i3 or better • Compatibility – Chromebooks or MacBook’s are "not" compatible with required software.
