They are looking for Bilingual Client Registrars to provide non-clinical support to patients and healthcare providers across Ontario, ensuring outstanding customer service and accurate information entry.ResponsibilitiesCollect demographic, symptom, and other information from patients, and accurately enter this information into systems in order to ensure that patients receive appropriate health care serviceMaintains a professional caring attitude when interacting with caller/patients, providing outstanding customer service at all timesFollowing defined workflows and scripting; prioritizes symptoms, assists patients, navigates patients to the appropriate program for clinical assessment/information, and/or refers patients to community information and programsUnderstands and knows how to prioritize patient symptoms based on the information providedDocuments accurately and promptlySkillsMinimum High School DiplomaBilingual in French and English, must be fluent in both oral and written skillsMust be located in OntarioExceptional customer service, communication, computer, and software skillsAbility to self-direct and self-organize, and to accurately record required information/detailsAbility to work shift work including evening, overnight, and weekend hours with flexibility in shift durationAble to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent verbal and written skillsExcellent organizational skillsWell-developed interpersonal and customer service skills, to effectively communicate with clientsEffective problem-solving and conflict management skillsThis is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, standing, sitting and frequent movementCollege diploma in office administration or medical terminologyKnowledge of Call Center concepts and medical terminologyCall Centre and/or Healthcare experienceBenefitsCompetitive Total Rewards - So much more than a paycheque!
