Responsibilities • Apply your audit foundation in a client-facing advisory role, supporting initiatives such as IPO readiness and public company preparation • M&A integration, carve-outs, and transaction support • Audit readiness and financial reporting transformation • Technical accounting and complex U.S. GAAP matters • CFO- and Controller-level special projects Skills • Big 4 external audit experience (PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG) • 3–6 years of total experience • At least 3 completed busy seasons • Experience auditing large, complex clients (public, PE-backed, Fortune 1000) • Strong GAAP knowledge and confidence working with client finance teams • Audit Seniors are the core target profile.
