The role involves managing BI projects from planning through execution, collaborating with stakeholders across various business units, and ensuring alignment with organizational data strategy and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Business Intelligence and Analytics projectsDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutionsManage cross-functional teams including BI Developers, Data Engineers, and AnalystsTrack project progress, risks, and dependencies using project management toolsCoordinate data warehouse, reporting, and dashboard development initiativesEnsure alignment with organizational data strategy and business objectivesOversee BI reporting tools implementation such as dashboards and performance reportsFacilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, and RetrospectivesCommunicate project status updates to leadership and stakeholdersEnsure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are followedSupport post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement effortsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field10+ years of experience managing BI or Data Analytics projectsStrong understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL processesExperience managing BI tools such as: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, MicroStrategyHands-on experience with SQL and data analysis conceptsExperience working in Agile or Scrum environmentsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in Retail, Hospitality, or Entertainment industryFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud PlatformPMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferredExperience working with large-scale enterprise reporting systemsKnowledge of data governance and data quality frameworksCompany OverviewHaramain Systems Inc.
