[Remote] Benefits Analyst

The Principal Benefits Analyst will support various employee benefits programs, manage communications, and enhance the employee experience through program management and event planning.ResponsibilitiesProgram manage employee benefits offerings (e.g., Cleo, RethinkCare, Wellthy) and partner with vendors to drive utilization and a strong employee experienceConduct New Hire Benefits Orientations via Zoom bi-weeklyResolve escalated benefits issues and respond to employees, HRBPs and managers, as appropriateResponsible for invoices/payments for all benefits programs and resolve administrative problems with the carrier and/or Accounts Payable. Maintain data relative to premiums, claims and costsSchedule, set up and oversee on-site events (when applicable) and Zoom meetings designed to inform employees and help them obtain the most value from our programsIdentify, pilot, and implement AI-enabled improvements to streamlines benefits operations (e.g., ROI and cost tracking, communications, reporting) while ensuring appropriate data governance and employee privacyPrepare for quarterly 401(k) Committee meetingsAssist with annual Open Enrollment activities and eventsOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience within a Benefits function at large global organizationsExtensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws, global experience a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) including Copilot; demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to automate workflows, improve communications, and accelerate analysis (prompting, experimentation, and measurement of impact)Experience translating business processes into AI/automation opportunities and partnering with HR/IT/analytics stakeholders to deliver solutions (e.g., Power Automate, low-code tools, knowledge bases, or similar)Empyrean experience a plusBenefitsIncentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefitsPaid vacation and paid holidays401(k) plan with employer matchEmployee stock purchase planA variety of medical, dental and vision plan optionsCompany OverviewCadence is a market leader in AI and digital twins, pioneering the application of computational software to accelerate innovation in the engineering design of silicon to systems.
