Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pacer Staffing is seeking a Benefit Analyst to support HR benefits operations and payroll accuracy within Workday. The role focuses on benefits administration, leave management, payroll reconciliation, and auditing HR data to ensure compliance and accuracy.ResponsibilitiesSupport Workday-based benefits and payroll operationsAdminister employee benefits including health plans and deductionsManage leave processes including STD, LTD, and FMLA coordinationAudit payroll and benefits data to identify and resolve discrepanciesReconcile large datasets and ensure HR/payroll data integritySupport payroll cycles including corrections and adjustmentsCollaborate with HR teams and vendors to resolve escalationsAssist with reporting, compliance, and audit documentationSupport Open Enrollment and benefit lifecycle activitiesIdentify process improvement opportunities based on audit findingsSkills5+ years of HR Operations, Benefits Administration, or Payroll experienceStrong hands-on experience with Workday (Benefits + Payroll modules)Experience managing health benefits, deductions, and enrollment processesKnowledge of STD (short-term Disability), LTD (long-term Disability), FMLA, and leave administration (LOA)Experience in payroll processing, reconciliation, and off-cycle paymentsStrong background in benefits and payroll auditing (data discrepancy resolution)Ability to analyze large HR/payroll datasets using Excel or reporting toolsBachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in HRIS/payroll/benefits operations environmentsBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401(k)Company OverviewPacer is minority women owned global IT and professional Services and staffing firm serving Fortune 1000 clients with customized and scalable workforce solutions.
