Remote Behavior Specialist | Part-Time Opportunity
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about empowering children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized behavior objectives within clients home settings for children aged 4 to 8.
Collaborate closely with a BCBA supervisor to ensure the effective execution of treatment plans.
Collect and analyze data to track client progress and outcomes.
Provide compassionate and supportive care to clients and their families.
Required Skills
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred.
A genuine passion for fostering learning and growth in children.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comfort with data collection and analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field is preferred.
At least one year of experience working with children is highly preferred.
Experience in managing children with challenging behaviors is a plus.
Willingness to pursue RBT certification, with support provided.
Flexibility to work on weekends for increased hourly compensation, based on client needs.
