Job Details • W-2 Employee • Full-time and Part-time Options • Direct Therapy • Non-Supervisory (RBT-Free Model) Job Requirements • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst • Must have availability Monday-Friday from 330pm - 830pm ET / 1230pm - 53pm PT • Full time employees: requires 30-40 total hours per week (mornings & evenings) • Part time employees: requires up to 20 total hours per week (late afternoon & evenings) • Digital fluency: video calls, Google suite, data systems, etc. • Reliable internet connection • Must reside in the United States (Does not include Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands) What you'll do • Provide virtual Caregiver Training, Caregiver Mediated, and Direct 1:1 • Conduct remote assessments and behavior plans • Ensure quality care through ongoing documentation • Coordinate care and collaborate with our clinical team What we offer • Annual Salary up to $100K or more! • Compensation Philosophy: At AnswersNow, your impact drives your income!
