WonderWay ABA is looking for a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our remote team! If you’re someone who truly cares about helping kids with Autism thrive, loves collaborating with families and RBTs, and wants the flexibility of working from home, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll Do:Do virtual assessments and write up treatment plansSupervise clients and RBTs remotely (mostly through video calls)Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as neededCoach and support families on how to follow treatment strategies at homeKeep in regular contact with clients, families, and our clinical teamBe responsive, supportive, and ready to help however you canWhat We’re Looking For:BCBA certification (must have)Master’s degree in ABA or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience working with kids with autism (preferred)Solid telehealth/remote experience is a big plusComfortable using digital tools and video conferencingGreat communication and time-management skillsAble to stay organized and work independently from homeWhat We Offer:Competitive pay (based on your experience and location)Easy, self-paced onboarding with step-by-step trainingFully paperless workflow using iPads and digital platformsOngoing career support—including CEUs and growth opportunitiesA flexible, remote work setup with a supportive team behind youRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher (required)Active BCBA certification (required)U.S.-based and eligible to work in the U.S.
