What You’ll Be Doing • Serve as the first point of contact for members, answering questions and handling requests with professionalism and care. • Share clear, helpful information about our products and services. • Navigate multiple systems while actively listening and engaging with members to ensure a smooth experience. • Assist with everyday banking needs such as savings, checking, loans, credit cards, and IRAs. • Recommend services that fit members’ needs and build positive relationships. What We’re Looking For • Strong communication skills and a desire to help others. • Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to learn—no prior experience required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Requirements Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
