[Remote] Bank Referral Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Celero Commerce is looking for a Bank Referral Account Executive to join their team in the Fargo, North Dakota region. This role involves generating new customer sales leads through financial institution and partner referrals, engaging bankers and referral partners, and identifying cross-sell opportunities to meet monthly sales goals.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with assigned financial institution and referral partners to generate a high volume of quality leads aligned with performance goalsFollow up on and close leads provided by assigned financial institution and referral partners while meeting expectations for close ratios, account growth, and profitabilityProactively source additional opportunities by reaching out to former clients and local businesses to support monthly goals for leads, proposals, applications, new merchants, and sales volumeMaintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and account information in the CRM systemStay informed on industry trends, products, pricing, company offerings, and other relevant information to effectively position Celero in the marketAttend and participate in job-related training, classes, and webinars to continue building product and industry knowledgeFollow all company policies and procedures, including applicable safety standardsPerform other job-related duties as assignedSkills2+ years of B2B sales experience or banking experience working with business clients; experience in payments or merchant services strongly preferredHigh School Diploma requiredProficiency in CRM systems and pipeline managementStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong organizational and territory management skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyAbility to work independently while collaborating with internal teamsAnalytical ability to review merchant statements, pricing structures, and financial dataCommitment to continuous learning, including mastering company systems and external processing platformsRegular travel within the regionExperience working with referral partners, relationship-based sales channels, or territory-based production models preferredBenefitsHealth insuranceDentalVisionLife insuranceIdentify theft protectionPaid time off401k (4% match)Company OverviewCelero Commerce is a full-service, integrated electronic commerce solutions provider powered by edge technology.
