The role involves engaging with warm leads to identify upgrade opportunities and closing sales while managing a pipeline and revenue targets. Responsibilities Taking calls with current students to identify upgrade opportunities Closing upsells and cross-sells into higher-level programs Following up with warm leads and existing students Handling retention conversations and preventing churn when needed Owning your pipeline and revenue targets Skills Sales experience High-ticket preferred Comfortable closing and asking for the sale Strong communicator who can control conversations Not passive.
