They are seeking a B2B Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and manage customer lifecycle programs for school and district partners, as well as support B2B acquisition efforts through integrated marketing campaigns.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute B2B customer lifecycle programs for school district leaders (Superintendents, Instructional leaders, Instructional IT leaders) who are current Khan Academy customers , including onboarding, engagement, renewal, and expansionDevelop and manage lifecycle communications (email, newsletters, in-product or campaign touchpoints) that deliver timely, relevant messages to administrators and educatorsCreate and refresh campaign content that highlights product updates, impact stories, customer success, and best practices to drive adoptionPartner with Sales and Services to support renewal and expansion efforts through targeted campaigns and enablement materialsTrack lifecycle performance and engagement metrics, surfacing insights to optimize programs over timeExecute top-of-funnel B2B acquisition campaigns in partnership with Product Marketing Managers to drive awareness and generate leadsSupport integrated product and initiative launches through coordinated email, paid media, event, and webinar campaignsDevelop sales and partner enablement assets (one-pagers, toolkits, presentations) that support acquisition and campaign effortsSupport marketing execution for key B2B events and conferences, including promotion, coordination, and post-event follow-upCollaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Integrated Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and smooth executionSkills4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, education, or SaaS environmentsStrong writer with examples of compelling, conversion-oriented copy across email, campaigns, or sales materialsExperience supporting acquisition and engagement efforts through integrated marketing or lifecycle programsComfortable working independently as an individual contributor and delivering results on short timelinesStrong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesComfortable using marketing tools and analytics to measure performance and optimize campaignsDeep empathy for educators and a willingness to learn and reflect the teacher and administrator voiceMotivated by the Khan Academy mission 'to provide a free world-class education for anyone, anywhere'Proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating self-awareness, awareness of other, and the ability to adopt inclusive perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors to drive inclusion and belonging throughout the organizationDistrict leadership or classroom teaching experience is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salariesAmple paid time off as needed – Your well-being is a priority8 pre-scheduled Wellness Days in 2026 occurring on a Monday or a Friday for a 3-day weekend boostRemote-first culture - that caters to your time zone, with open flexibility as needed, at timesGenerous parental leaveAn exceptional team that trusts you and gives you the freedom to do your bestThe chance to put your talents towards a deeply meaningful mission and the opportunity to work on high-impact products that are already defining the future of educationOpportunities to connect through affinity, ally, and social groups401(k) + 4% matching & comprehensive insurance, including medical, dental, vision, and lifeCompany OverviewKhan Academy is a nonprofit organization that provides a free world class education for anyone, anywhere.
