They are seeking a strategic, market-driven Commercial Product Manager to own the lifecycle and growth of their B2B Connectivity portfolio, bridging the gap between technical engineering and commercial execution. The role involves defining the roadmap for enterprise connectivity solutions, establishing pricing structures, and driving revenue growth for the commercial portfolio.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the roadmap for next-generation enterprise connectivity solutionsEstablish scalable and flexible pricing structures, service level agreements, and value-based solutions for the Commercial segmentLead cross-functional GTM strategies designed for long, complex enterprise sales cycles with high-touch sales enablementDevelop specialized fulfillment orchestration, service management, and service assurance processes for the enterprise segmentDrive revenue growth, margin optimization, and market share for commercial portfolio; develop robust business cases for network and product investments and development effortsSkillsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar8 years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, or solutions architecture within the Telecom, Tier 1 Carrier, or Enterprise Managed Service Provider industriesAdvanced knowledge of high-end Internet connectivity and networking solutionsExperience influencing executive stakeholders internally and building relationships with enterprise CIOs/CTOs externally10 years of building and growing business and customer base experience with managing customer expectations and relationshipsExceptional communication skillsBusiness-to-business (B2B) sales and/or operations experience, ideally focused on acquiring residential and commercial businessesPrior experience in roles that used project management, business judgment, experiment design, analytical and quantitative skills at an internet service provider (ISP) or telecommunications companyBenefitsBonusBenefitsCompany OverviewAt GFiber and GFiber Webpass, we use the latest technology, including fiber optic and millimeter wave, to deliver the very best internet to our customers.
