Tekshapers is seeking a highly experienced AWS HealthLake - FHIR SME / Architect to lead healthcare interoperability and cloud architecture initiatives. The role involves architecting and implementing enterprise healthcare solutions, designing FHIR-based interoperability frameworks, and providing technical leadership on AWS healthcare services.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement enterprise healthcare solutions using AWS HealthLakeDesign and govern FHIR-based interoperability frameworksLead healthcare data ingestion, transformation, and integration initiativesDefine security, compliance, and governance standardsCollaborate with business, clinical, and engineering stakeholdersProvide technical leadership and mentorship on AWS healthcare services and FHIR best practicesSkills10+ years of overall IT experience with strong healthcare domain expertise5+ years of hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR (R4 preferred) and healthcare interoperability standardsProven experience implementing and architecting solutions using AWS HealthLakeStrong knowledge of: SMART-on-FHIR, HL7 v2, CDA/CCD, X12, US Core Profiles and FHIR Implementation Guides, Healthcare terminologies (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT, RxNorm)Expertise in AWS services including: HealthLake, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Glue, Athena, Step Functions, EventBridge, IAM and KMSExperience designing HIPAA-compliant healthcare solutionsStrong background in healthcare data integration, FHIR data modeling, and API architectureExperience integrating with EHR/EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or similar platformsKnowledge of payer-provider interoperability, population health, risk adjustment, or value-based care is a plusAWS Certified Solutions Architect - ProfessionalHL7 FHIR CertificationRelevant AWS Healthcare certificationsCandidates with strong hands-on AWS HealthLake implementation experience and deep expertise in healthcare interoperability and FHIR architectureCompany OverviewTekshapers was founded in 2009, an MI, USA based Information Technology Company and our primary objective is to provide sophisticated business solutions to a group of companies worldwide.
