Vaughan Automotive is looking for a friendly, customer service oriented candidates with great phone skills to work in our Service Business Development Department. Base salary is $15.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in bonuses! You must be available to work shifts that range from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday as well as alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm.
JOB Responsibilities:
• Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies
• Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner.
• Assisting customers with appointment scheduling
• Work with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience.
• Maintain working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies.
• Knowledge of marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates.
Qualifications:
• Must be proficient on phones and computer
• Professional and polite demeanor
• Friendly and outgoing
• Can provide a world class experience to our customers
• Call Center and Appointment Setting experience
• Organized, detailed, can multitask
• Strong team player
• Bilingual is a strong plus
