Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative (Service BDC)- WORK FROM THE CONVENIENCE OF YOUR OWN HOME!!!

Vaughan Automotive is looking for a friendly, customer service oriented candidates with great phone skills to work in our Service Business Development Department. Base salary is $15.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in bonuses! You must be available to work shifts that range from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday as well as alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm.
JOB Responsibilities:
Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies
Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner.
Assisting customers with appointment scheduling
Work with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience.
Maintain working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies.
Knowledge of marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient on phones and computer
Professional and polite demeanor
Friendly and outgoing
Can provide a world class experience to our customers
Call Center and Appointment Setting experience
Organized, detailed, can multitask
Strong team player
Bilingual is a strong plus
