[Remote] Automotive Dealership Service Advisor / Service Writer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Open Road Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring they receive the best possible care for their vehicles while working closely with service technicians to facilitate repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent CSI scores
ā¢ Serve as communicator between customer and technician. Ensure complete understanding in regard to the services rendered
ā¢ Continue to keep customer informed with necessary information based on service
ā¢ Accurately verify warranty and service contracts
ā¢ Prepare and process Repair orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles, and descriptions of symptoms, etc
ā¢ Advise customers on additional needed services, explain all benefits
ā¢ Effectively work with technicians who perform all automotive mechanical services
Skills
ā¢ Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience, 1 year minimum
ā¢ Proven track record of above average Sales and CSI scores
ā¢ Strong work ethic and attendance
ā¢ Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a sense of urgency
ā¢ Ability to make every customer feel as they are the most important customer of the day
ā¢ Strong communication skills
ā¢ Attention to detail
ā¢ Drivers license (Required)
ā¢ Tekion experience is a plus
