In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring they receive the best possible care for their vehicles while working closely with service technicians to facilitate repairs and maintenance.ResponsibilitiesProvide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent CSI scoresServe as communicator between customer and technician.
