The role involves designing and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency, leveraging platforms like Workato to establish a centralized automation platform across the organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain automation workflows using Workato or similar iPaaS platformsDesign and implement integrations between GenAI platforms, enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources to enable scalable AI-driven business workflowsDevelop and maintain secure, reliable, and reusable AI integration frameworks, including LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and automation platformsDevelop integrations across enterprise systems (e.g., APIs, SaaS platforms, databases)Own end-to-end automation lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoringImplement reusable components, templates, and best practices for scalable automationIntegrate identity and access systems (e.g., SSO, RBAC) into automation workflowsBuild and support AI-driven workflows (LLM integrations, decision automation, agent-based workflows)Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot failures, and optimize workflowsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutionsEnsure governance, security, and compliance standards are enforced across all automationsContribute to automation strategy, roadmap, and platform standardizationSkills5+ years of experience in automation, integration, or software engineeringHands-on experience with Workato or similar platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, etc.)Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecturesExperience integrating enterprise applications (ITSM, CRM, HRIS, identity platforms)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS ecosystemsExperience with workflow automation, orchestration, and process designStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of security, compliance, and data privacy considerations in integrationsExperience with AI/LLM integrations and agent-based workflowsFamiliarity with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Okta, or similar platformsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and version control for automationKnowledge of scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar)Knowledge of observability and monitoring toolsExposure to large-scale enterprise automation environmentsCompany OverviewAMISEQ focuses on cybersecurity, intelligent automation, analytics and IT consulting services.
