[Remote] Auto Refi Sales Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Auto Approve is a fast-growing fintech organization that is revolutionizing the auto finance industry. They are seeking passionate B2C sales professionals to join their team as Auto Refi Sales Representatives, where the primary responsibility will be to follow up with customer leads and facilitate auto loan refinancing options. The role offers a base salary plus commission, with extensive training provided to ensure success from day one. Responsibilities • During your first 60 days you’ll receive best in class training centered around the industry, systems, tools, process, procedure, compliance, and selling the deal. • When you hit the phones, you will be following up on your warm leads via telephone, text messaging, and e-mail communication; you’ll average 5+ hours of talk time and dozens of individual outreach connections per day • Interviewing and verifying customer provided information • Assisting customers by facilitating their auto loan refinance with our lending partners • Selling auto refinance options, along with GAP and Warranty insurance • Meeting pre-determined goals established by management Skills • 2 + years of experience in a sales-based and/or or metrics-driven work environment required • Ability to be on the phone for 5+ hours daily required • Ability to follow process and execute on call script & checklist • High attention to detail • Be coachable, ability to learn and adapt • High energy and a customer focused mindset • Basic computer skills required with the ability to handle a dual monitor set up while managing multiple systems/windows • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required • Experience in call centers, credit unions, collections, and/or retail preferred • Proven success meeting or exceeding metrics while working remotely preferred Benefits • Full suite of medical benefits • Dental • Vision • Pet insurance • Generous PTO • Paid holidays Company Overview • Auto Approve is an auto refinance company that specializes in helping consumers find the best possible vehicle interest rates.
