They are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee the lifecycle of custom product manufacturing projects, ensuring smooth operations, quality standards, and effective communication between teams.ResponsibilitiesOversee the full lifecycle of custom manufacturing orders from initiation to deliveryCoordinate daily with factory teams to ensure production accuracy, on-time delivery, and quality standardsReview samples, pre-production materials, and testing results before mass productionManage logistics, delivery timelines, and payment coordination with internal and external partnersTroubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth resolution across stakeholdersAct as the main point of contact between clients, factory partners, and internal teamsCollaborate with sales and customer success teams on complex or high-value projectsWork with design teams to validate files, materials, and production feasibilitySupport early-stage project assessments including cost and production constraintsConduct cost analysis and negotiate with manufacturers to achieve target gross profit marginsEnsure pricing aligns with both company financial goals and client expectationsMaintain strict quality control across all production stagesIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiencySkills3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing coordination, project management, or a similar product-focused roleStrong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain logisticsExcellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams and time zonesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts at onceA proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressureComfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environmentStrong analytical and commercial thinking skillsExperience working with overseas manufacturers is a strong plusFamiliarity with ERP or production tracking systems is a bonusDegree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred but not requiredBenefits13 PTO days + 3 federal holidaysUncapped growth opportunitiesCommission incentivesCompany OverviewJobrack is an online platform to provide jobs to the community.
