About the position The Compliance Auditor for Medical and Professional Affairs at EssilorLuxottica is a key decision-maker in overseeing and executing the compliance process for commercial sponsorships, educational grants, and charitable donation requests. This role ensures regulatory adherence, drives operational efficiency, and maintains accountability for compliance-related documentation and processes reviewed by the Compliance Committee. Responsibilities β€’ Serve as the primary decision authority for the intake, review, and prioritization of funding requests, ensuring alignment with compliance policies and business objectives β€’ Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and legal counsel, providing authoritative guidance on compliance-related funding requests β€’ Lead the evolution of the compliance repository strategy, streamlining processes to improve efficiency and ensure adherence to obligations outlined in the Corporate Integrity Agreement β€’ Independently assess and authorize the submission of funding request documents for legal review and approval β€’ Lead and facilitate weekly funding request meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, aligned, and prepared to make data-driven decisions β€’ Oversee and manage the EOA funding inbox, assessing incoming requests, determining eligibility, and escalating critical issues as needed β€’ Maintain accurate and legally sound documentation for all funding request meetings, capturing key decisions and action items β€’ Own the distribution process of finalized agreements, ensuring prompt execution and adherence to compliance standards β€’ Monitor and enforce contract deadlines, proactively addressing delays to ensure compliance and accountability β€’ Establish and maintain a centralized compliance repository, ensuring accessibility, security, and accuracy of all funding request documents β€’ Lead all communications and contractual processes with external eye care providers, serving as the primary compliance authority on engagement requirements β€’ Oversee and approve logistics and expense management for external eye care providers, ensuring adherence to compliance policies and financial controls β€’ Serve as the final decision point for travel arrangements and logistics related to external provider engagements β€’ Direct and manage documentation and compliance oversight for external eye care provider events β€’ Collaborate to strategically coordinate logistics for educational events related to Medical and Professional Affairs β€’ Manage and approve invoice processing for Medical and Professional Affairs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls β€’ Primary liaison with finance leadership, ensuring timely payments, resolving discrepancies, and enforcing financial accountability β€’ Provide regular reporting to executives delivering insights on funding allocation, compliance risks, and operational efficiency Requirements β€’ High School Diploma β€’ Flexible and capable of multi-tasking β€’ Deadline oriented with attention to detail β€’ Solid interpersonal communication skills and team player β€’ Willingness to consistently learn and to improve effectiveness β€’ Ability to analyze data and compare multiple variables to make process decisions β€’ Proficiency with arenaflex Office 365, Word, Excel, OneDrive, MS Forms, MS Approvals, DocuSign β€’ Demonstrates willingness and ability to be a self-starter β€’ Demonstrates the ability and desire to successfully accomplish business goals β€’ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written β€’ Effectively manages personal time and effort to achieve organizational goals and deadlines Benefits β€’ Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements β€’ Competitive bonus and/or commission plan β€’ Health care β€’ Retirement savings β€’ Paid time off/vacation β€’ Various employee discountsApply Now
