Plan, execute, and manage audit engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards
Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports
Supervise and coach junior members of the audit team
Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to senior management
Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services
Maintain a strong client focus and develop productive working relationships with client personnel
Stay informed of current business and economic developments relevant to clients' businesses
Collaborate with other team members to plan engagements and develop work programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA certification required, with 4+ years of experience
