We are seeking skilled and experienced Audit Managers for fully remote positions to oversee financial statement audits and attest engagements with prestigious CPA firms throughout the United States. Key Responsibilities
• Lead the wrap-up and review phase following audit fieldwork, finalizing documentation and checklists.
• Review draft financial statements and related audit materials.
• Effectively communicate audit findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through guidance and training.

Required Skills
• Public accounting experience within the past five years.
• Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Auditing Standards (GAAS).
• Familiarity with the Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards.
• Exceptional communication skills to present audit results effectively.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, concentrating on Accounting.
• An active CPA license is essential.
• Candidates must be U.S. residents and authorized to work in the United States.
