Remote Attorney or Paralegal Needed (Construction Industry Focused)
Construction Litigation Law Firm looking for an experienced Certified Paralegal / Consulting Attorney for preparing and reviewing pleadings and motions. Preferably starting ASAP. Must have experience and knowledge of New York Construction Laws, and knowledge about Construction Industry. Qualified candidates should possess the following: -2 years of prior paralegal experience or recent bar admission. -Excellent attention to detail. -Superb organization and communication skills and ability to work independently. -Solid analytical, critical thinking and time management skills. -Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. -WestLaw proficient and NYS E-filing proficient. -The ability and willingness to work in a challenging, rewarding, and fast-paced teamwork environment. -Great opportunities for experienced Attorneys looking for additional work. -Applicant MUST have construction industry experience -Trial Experience This is a remote consulting opportunity.Please provide your resume, work samples, references and requested salary in PDF format only.
