Remote Attorney (AZ Barred)
Robert Half is partnering with a defense firm based in Pheonix, Arizona to find a remote attorney to support their team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil litigation and experience handling legal research, drafting motions, and discovery processes. This candidate can sit anywhere in the U.S., but muse be Arizona barred.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation.
• Draft and review motions, disclosure statements, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery processes, including preparing and responding to interrogatories and requests for production.
• Develop persuasive legal arguments to support case strategies.
Details
• Fully remote
• Long term contract role
• Pay: $60/hr - $80/hr DOE
• Can start immediately
