Softgic is seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to manage, optimize, and continuously improve their Atlassian Cloud ecosystem. This role involves the administration, configuration, customization, and support of Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management to effectively support business processes and operational goals across the organization.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Atlassian Cloud products, including Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service ManagementConfigure and manage Jira projects, issue types, custom fields, screens, workflows, permission schemes, and notification schemesCreate and maintain Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, and knowledge-sharing structuresDesign, configure, and optimize Jira Service Management portals, request types, queues, and ITSM workflowsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable Atlassian solutionsDevelop and maintain advanced automations using Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner (Groovy), and Atlassian APIsManage integrations with enterprise platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, DevOps tools, and other third-party systemsAdminister user access, groups, permissions, and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurationsConduct periodic access reviews and support compliance and audit requirementsMonitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to Atlassian products and integrationsManage Atlassian Marketplace apps, ensuring compatibility, security, and performanceProvide technical support and guidance to end users, resolving issues and answering platform-related questionsCreate and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guidesDeliver training sessions and promote best practices for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management usageParticipate in governance initiatives, platform optimization, and continuous improvement effortsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian platforms in enterprise environmentsProven experience managing Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management CloudStrong expertise in Jira workflow design and administrationCustom fields, screens, permission schemes, and notification schemesConfluence administration and space managementJira Service Management (JSM) and ITSM process implementationExperience developing automations using Automation for JiraScriptRunner (Groovy)Atlassian REST APIsExperience integrating Atlassian products with external systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutionsKnowledge of identity and access management solutions, including Okta, SSO, and SAMLExperience managing users, groups, permissions, and security controls within cloud environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to Atlassian configurations, integrations, and platform performanceExperience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript is highly desirableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong customer-service mindset and user support experienceAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCollaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approachAdvanced English (B2+/C1) requiredAtlassian certifications (ACP or equivalent)ITIL Foundation certificationExperience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or other compliance-driven environmentsExperience leading Atlassian implementations, migrations, or governance initiativesFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologiesExperience with SQL, reporting tools, or Business Intelligence solutionsKnowledge of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, or similar regulationsCompany OverviewImpulsamos la transformación digital y cognitiva de las empresas mediante soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras y personalizadas que optimizan procesos, reducen costos y aceleran resultados.
