[Remote] Ataccama ONE Enablement & Data Governance Support Lead /Specialist consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NLB Services is seeking an Ataccama ONE Enablement & Data Governance Support Lead/Specialist consultant. The role involves providing expert data governance solutions and engaging with senior business leaders to align data practices across regions, particularly in the insurance domain. Responsibilities • Be an expert in data quality solutions across all data maturity levels, from mature data warehouses to manual data extractions by actuaries or other citizen data analysts • Provide expert data governance solutions, offering both short-term fixes and long-term strategies to define optimal practices • Engage with senior business leaders to gather requirements and negotiate solutions, facilitating alignment on group-level data logic across different regions, such as reconciling customer retention definitions or insurance/reinsurance indicators between Bermuda/UK and the US • For this role, they need to know more beyond Atacama and be able to provide on-demand guidance, almost like an in-house expert • Our C-suite executive • Therefore, while the primary working hours will be in the EST time zone, we will occasionally need 7 am EST calls to support the UK when schedules are tight • Find candidates with Data governance tools lUnity Catalogue and Purview Skills • Be an expert in data quality solutions across all data maturity levels, from mature data warehouses to manual data extractions by actuaries or other citizen data analysts • Provide expert data governance solutions, offering both short-term fixes and long-term strategies to define optimal practices • Engage with senior business leaders to gather requirements and negotiate solutions, facilitating alignment on group-level data logic across different regions, such as reconciling customer retention definitions or insurance/reinsurance indicators between Bermuda/UK and the US • Need to know more beyond Atacama and be able to provide on-demand guidance, almost like an in-house expert • Experience with Data governance tools Unity Catalogue and Purview • Insurance Domain experience is a must • Ataccama Experience Years • Experience with Insurance customers • Data Governance Support • Purview • Unity Catalog • Ataccama ONE tool experience • Power BI • SQL • Data Quality Management (profiling, cleansing, enrichment, anomaly detection) • Ataccama ONE Certification (e.g., Ataccama ONE Data Quality or Data Governance modules) • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) • Microsoft Certified: SQL Database Fundamentals / Data Engineer Associate • Data Governance or Data Management Certifications, such as: DAMA Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Collibra Data Governance Certification (if relevant exposure) • Insurance Domain Certifications (e.g., LOMA, CPCU, or AINS) – helpful but not required Company Overview • NLB Services is a fast growing consulting, analytics and digital transformation company.
