[Remote] Associate Writer, Branded Content (Podcast/Audio)

They are seeking an Associate Writer for Branded Content, primarily responsible for creating compelling advertising content for podcasts and audio formats while also contributing to various campaigns across their portfolio.ResponsibilitiesSupport host-read podcast ad script development across our podcast portfolioTranslate partner briefs and assets into 35–150 word advertorials (newsletter ads, targeted emails, etc.) on a daily basis for B2B and B2C partnersPartner with multimedia stakeholders as podcast inventory growsWork with clients to produce long-form articles, interactives, or guides when neededPartner closely with Account Management, Creative Strategy, and clients to understand goals and translate them into content that performs:Intake and internalize the larger marketing goals of our clients while balancing and advocating for what will resonate most with the Morning Brew Inc. audienceProcess, negotiate, and implement creative feedback from brand partnersAudit, understand, and act on data from our Insights & Analytics team to inform what we say and how we say it, all while keeping partner goals and standards top of mindSkills1–2+ years of professional creative writing, copywriting, and/or content/marketing experience — a portfolio that showcases your work is a major plusDemonstrated experience writing podcast scripts, host-read ad copy, or other audio advertising formatsExpert command of the English language and use of voice — we're looking for a wordsmith in the truest senseAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and project-manage your own work and timeClient readiness and strong communication skillsExperience working with multiple client categories; financial services, B2B, or consumer writing experience is a plusFamiliarity with Monday.com (or other relevant project management systems)Passion for all Morning Brew Inc. brandsBenefitsAfter a successful 6-month period, this role is eligible for conversion to a full-time position.The total offer package at the time of conversion would include some benefits and perks highlighted here .Company OverviewMedia today isn’t just about chasing impressions.
