[Remote] Associate Vice President, Marketing

They are seeking an experienced marketing executive to lead marketing strategies that enhance visibility and drive growth, particularly within the AI & Technology Division.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CMO to develop strategic marketing plans that accelerate the Chartis enterprise and its LOBs toward their objectives and growth ambitionsLead, mentor, and develop the LOB marketing team, providing guidance and direction in the development of marketing programs that align with LOB growth objectives, including messaging, content creation, digital marketing initiatives, traditional marketing efforts, sponsorships, and eventsLead marketing plan development and execution for Chartisβ AI & Technology DivisionBuild and nurture relationships, acting as a strategic marketing advisor to key stakeholders, including LOB and practice leaders, Consulting Operations team, Business Development, partners, industry associations, and other industry influencersUse data-driven insights to identify trends in buyer behavior, optimize marketing performance and execution, and measure ROIMake recommendations for investments in tools, resources, and channel relationships to advance our growth goals and achieve operational effectivenessStay up to date on marketing best practices, technologies, and tools used by world-class marketing organizations, bringing forward fresh ideas and insights to strengthen our marketing functionSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferredPrevious experience in a consulting or professional services firm required12-15+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership rolesUnderstanding of consulting service lines including technology, strategy, and transformationProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth, ideally within a line of businessDeep expertise in integrated campaigns, digital marketing, and content strategyExperience in managing sponsorships and planning/executing eventsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationStrong storytelling and content skills; able to shape executive-ready presentations, narratives, and collateralStrategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutionsAbility to be flexible, work in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing business requirementsDemonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing complex initiatives and developing high-performing teamsProficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systemsCreative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesBenefitsMay be eligible for an annual discretionary bonusMedicalDentalVisionHSAFSADisability insuranceLife insurance401(k) matchPaid time offWellness stipendAdditional voluntary benefitsCompany OverviewThe challenges facing US healthcare are longstanding and all too familiar.
