[Remote] Associate Technical Project Manager (Philippines)

The Associate Technical Project Manager will support the delivery of enterprise customer implementations by coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing project timelines, task lists, and action items across one or more customer implementation projectsSupport all phases of the project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design through to deployment and handoverTrack project milestones, flag risks and dependencies, and escalate issues to senior team members as appropriateMaintain and update project plans, status reports, and change request logs under the guidance of the lead TPMParticipate in and help facilitate regular customer meetings, taking notes and following up on action itemsPrepare meeting summaries, status update decks, and project documentation for both internal and external audiencesSupport the preparation of change requests and assist in communicating scope, schedule, or budget changes to stakeholdersCollaborate with implementation engineers, solution architects, QA, and customer success teams to coordinate deliverablesAssist in resource tracking and help ensure team members have the context and materials needed to execute their tasksMaintain accurate records in project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)Follow established project management processes, methodologies, and templates (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall/hybrid)Support quality checks to ensure deliverables meet customer success criteria before sign-offContribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting improvementsSkills1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role (internship or industry experience accepted)Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similarStrong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable interacting with international stakeholdersHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Exposure to SDLC methodologies — Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall — in an academic or professional contextPMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification (or currently pursuing)Experience supporting enterprise software implementation or SaaS delivery projectsBackground in or exposure to security, access control, or identity management solutionsCompany OverviewBloom Equity Partners is an investment firm focused on B2B Software companies.
