[Remote] Associate Team Designer

The role involves organizing project staffing, managing reports, and analyzing utilization trends while supporting the team with various tasks.ResponsibilitiesWork with the Team Design Team to assign projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately within the resource management systemResponsible for a variety of weekly reports on timesheets and productivityClearly communicate policies and procedures as they relate to Team Design and reportingUnderstand utilization trends and forecasts and help the Team Design Team analyze this dataMaintain and provide information about current projects and potential future projectsSupport the team and department with any special projects that come upSkillsExperience in an administrative or coordination role in a creative agency environment, or other similar roleSomeone who can take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This means excellent time management skills, strong follow-up and an attention to detail, all with minimal directionExcellent data skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets, Data Visualization and ExcelStrong follow-through and attention to detail in an almost annoying capacityStrategic, forward thinking planning and problem-solving skillsExperience using data to tell stories, specifically with Keynote and Google SlidesProven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented matrix environment, with excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationA genuine love for working with people and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
