The Associate, Strategic Alliances will play a key role in expanding the partner ecosystem by developing relationships with benefit brokerages and managing inbound consultant inquiries.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage consultants within your assigned set of consulting houses through outbound campaigns, warm introductions, and inbound inquiriesConduct tailored outreach across Email, Phone, and LinkedIn to drive interest and engagementMaintain accurate records of outreach activity and progress within CRM systemsRepresent Benepass at consultant-hosted conferences and industry eventsDrive meetings and meaningful event engagement with both benefits consultants and their clientsManage all inbound consultant inquiries from alliance-driven campaignsQualify inbound interest and route to appropriate strategic alliances managers and account executivesAssist in recruiting consultants to attend regional events, roundtables, and webinarsCoordinate and secure β€œlunch and learn” sessions with consulting teams to introduce Benepass and educate on product capabilitiesCollaborate with the Marketing and Strategic Alliances Managers to align campaign targets, timing, messaging, and follow-upProvide feedback to internal stakeholders based on broker conversations to improve partner-facing collateral and GTM strategyMaintain clean, accurate broker engagement records in Salesforce and other systemsReport regularly on outreach, meetings booked, and key broker engagement metricsSkills1–2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role within a benefits consulting, brokerage, or advisory environment (e.g., Analyst, Associate, Consultant)Proven experience engaging external stakeholders through email, phone, and LinkedIn, with the confidence to proactively initiate conversations and build trusted relationshipsComfortable executing outbound prospecting, including making phone calls and crafting highly personalized outreach tailored to benefits consultants and brokerage teamsHands-on experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipelines, log activity, and maintain accurate, high-quality dataFamiliarity with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach.io (or similar tools) to build, manage, and optimize outbound sequencesHighly coachable and intellectually curious, with a strong desire to develop commercial acumen and go-to-market skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value and represent Benepass professionally to external partnersThrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsBenefits95% coverage of medical, dental, and vision$250 WFH setup (one time)$500/year Learning & Development Benefit$150/month cell phone + internet$100/month Wellness$100/month Co-working and Commuter BenefitFlexible PTOCompany OverviewBenepass is a benefits administration platform that helps companies manage and distribute employee perks and benefits.
