[Remote] Associate Software Engineer

Mayo Clinic Rochester is seeking a skilled Associate Software Engineer to support the design, development, maintenance, and monitoring of system integrations for UKG Pro WFM. The role involves collaborating with Lead Engineers, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and improve integration reliability. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using: UKG Boomi Google Apigee Cleo (MFT) ServiceNow Splunk Azure DevOps Troubleshoot integration failures Testing & Validation Documentation & Process Improvement Collaboration Participation in Agile ceremonies Apply Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient integrations Collaborate across cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize integration performance Lead initiatives to improve integration reliability, including proactive monitoring and dashboard development Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, ensuring rapid response and resolution of critical issues Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including environment governance, release pipelines, and automated testing Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; OR an Associate's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with 1 year of related experience; OR a high school diploma plus 4 years of experience Completion of a Mayo internship may fulfill the requirement for 1 year of experience Will consider a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field if accompanied by professional retraining certification Must possess a strong technical aptitude for designing and implementing software solutions Company Overview Mayo Clinic Rochester is a hospital & health care company based out of 1025 Marsh St, Mankato, MN, United States.
