[Remote] Associate Software Engineer

Mayo Clinic Healthcare is a leading healthcare organization, and they are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to support the design, development, maintenance, and monitoring of system integrations for UKG Pro WFM. This role involves collaborating with Lead Engineers, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to ensure accurate and reliable data flow while participating in Agile methodologies and continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using: UKG Boomi Google Apigee Cleo (MFT) ServiceNow Splunk Azure DevOps Troubleshoot integration failures Testing & Validation Documentation & Process Improvement Collaboration Participation in Agile ceremonies Apply Agile methodologies to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient integrations Collaborate across cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize integration performance Lead initiatives to improve integration reliability, including proactive monitoring and dashboard development Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, ensuring rapid response and resolution of critical issues Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including environment governance, release pipelines, and automated testing Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; OR an Associate's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with 1 year of related experience; OR a high school diploma plus 4 years of experience Completion of a Mayo internship may fulfill the requirement for 1 year of experience Will consider a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field if accompanied by professional retraining certification Must possess a strong technical aptitude for designing and implementing software solutions Company Overview Mayo Clinic Healthcare is Mayo Clinic’s only facility outside the United States, bringing world‑leading medical expertise to the heart of London.
