[Remote] Associate Software Development Engineer (Enterprise Applications)

The Associate Software Development Engineer will administer IT managed applications, provide user account management, and support internal users of core enterprise software applications, ensuring timely responses to requests and collaboration with stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesAdministers IT managed applications providing user account management by: creating accounts, disabling and deleting accounts, controlling access, and documenting steps for account creationGathers necessary documentation and participates in planning and implementation phases of new systemsProvide application support to all internal users of core enterprise software applications ensuring that requests are responded to and resolved within SLAsCollaborates and exchanges information with team members, stakeholders, and information services to ensure dependencies, risks, and opportunities are identifiedReviews new or upgraded application functionality with business partners (including training) to help them prepare appropriate training and procedures updates for their teamsCollaborates with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities specifically related to application/IT platform solutionsParticipates in analyzing and documenting business requirements for application/IT platform and data systems, including testing and implementation of new systems or changes to current systems as required to meet business needs and improve processesAssist with the application maintenance schedule and upgrades as neededMaintain knowledge of the internal software suites as they continue to evolveAssist with managing vendor relationships in support of operational systems and enterprise softwareAssist with the rollout of new enterprise applicationsAssist with the merging of duplicate or similar applicationsSkillsAbility to communicate effectively upward and across the organization, using appropriate business language to provide timely information to appropriate parties as neededAbility to meet deadlines without compromising, and a close attention to detail and accuracyPossesses basic business skills including customer relations, time management, and project planningStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentPrior relevant working experienceExperience managing active directory users and groupsExperience with Google Suites (Workspace)Experience with Jira and/or ServiceNowExperience creating accounts, disabling and deleting accounts, controlling access, and documenting steps for account creation within Enterprise level applicationsAbility to develop training materials and conduct end user training a plusBenefitsAffordable medical plan options401(k) plan (including matching company contributions)Employee stock purchase planNo-cost programs for all colleagues including wellness screenings, tobacco cessation and weight management programs, confidential counseling and financial coachingBenefit solutions that address the different needs and preferences of our colleagues including paid time off, flexible work schedules, family leave, dependent care resources, colleague assistance programs, tuition assistance, retiree medical access and many other benefits depending on eligibilityCompany OverviewCVS Health is a health solutions company that provides an integrated healthcare services to its members.
