[Remote] Associate SEO Specialist

Pella Windows & Doors of Montana is seeking a curious, driven Associate SEO Specialist to support the growth and optimization of their organic search presence. This role involves collaborating across web development, content, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives, support site quality, and contribute to a high-performing digital experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport site audits to identify technical issues including crawlability, indexation, page speed, and structured dataMonitor Core Web Vitals and flag performance regressions in partnership with development teamsAssist with QA for site migrations and template launches across staging and production environmentsSupport keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking initiativesContribute to content briefs, metadata updates, and optimization recommendations across key page typesAssist with SEO testing and experimentation (e.g., title tags, meta descriptions, copy variants)Write clear tickets for SEO issues and work cross-functionally with development and content teams to see them throughParticipate in Agile sprint workflows to ensure SEO tasks are properly scoped and deliveredLeverage AI tools to improve efficiency and scale output across SEO workflowsPull performance data from Google Search Console, GA4, and PageSpeed Insights to support reportingTrack the impact of SEO changes over time and surface findings to the broader teamSkillsBachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) required1–3 years of SEO experience; a technical background is strongly preferredFamiliarity with Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming FrogBasic understanding of HTML and how search engines crawl and render contentExperience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiencyComfortable working cross-functionally with development and content teamsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBackground in ecommerce, home improvement, or B2C manufacturing preferredCompany OverviewSince 1987, Pella Windows & Doors, Inc.
