The Associate Sales Representative will focus on pipeline development, opportunity advancement, and continuous improvement to drive revenue growth and enhance team effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and engage prospective customers within defined target marketsExecute outbound and inbound lead follow-up activities across email, phone, and social channelsUse approved messaging and outreach cadences to set qualified meetingsMaintain accurate and timely activity tracking in the CRM and related systemsPartner with Territory Account Managers, Equipment Sales Managers, Strategic Account Directors and sales leadership to coordinate next steps and customer interactionsStimulate demand and drive sales adoption of products through interactions and sales callsAssist with scheduling, follow-up communication, and documenting meeting outcomesSupport basic qualification, discovery, and handoff processes per team standardsEnsure opportunity records are current (stakeholders, next steps, and stage alignment) in the CRMParticipate in team initiatives to improve sales workflows, conversion rates, and customer experienceProvide feedback on messaging, processes, and enablement materials based on customer and prospect interactionsUtilize productivity tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to support research, communication, and workflow efficiencyContribute to structured evaluations of new processes or tools (e.g., participating in limited-scope pilots, documenting results, and sharing observations with stakeholders)SkillsBachelor's degree requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated organizational skills and attention to detailComfort working in a metrics-driven environment with activity and pipeline goalsExperience using AI tools in a professional or academic context (e.g., summarization, drafting, research, analysis, workflow support), with sound judgment regarding accuracy and data handlingWillingness to learn new systems and participate in piloting new programs or tools aligned to team objectives0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or other customer-facing roles (including internships)Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)Exposure to structured sales methodologies and/or prospecting best practicesBenefitsMedical coverage401(k)Parental leaveFertility benefitsPaid time off for vacationPersonal, sick and holidaysMultiple other perks and benefitsCompany OverviewCooperSurgical provides a full portfolio of medical and surgical products.
